How does SIGURAI select works?
SIGURAI carefully selects artists who are worthy of collection through a series of criteria, and these artists choose to offer their works for purchase and collection. We reserve the right to revise the content of the website and remove a work of art when its authenticity is questioned.
Who can sell their works on SIGURAI?
- All artists on the SIGURAI platform are famous in their country of residence. We collect these artists from all over the world, so that we can provide you with an international, high-quality and diverse selection.

Are there printed versions of these works available for collection?
All works on SIGURAI are original; these works are single editions and will not be extended series or re-published.
What is an edition?
An edition work is a work that has several copies at the same time, such as a photograph. An edition is a specific number of works that an artist has created before the first sale, and this number will not change. For photographs, an established artist will typically have an edition of 10 or so, while a younger photographer may have a larger edition.
Does the artwork come with a certificate of authenticity?
All SIGURAI works come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, who will also sign to guarantee that the number of copies of the work (photograph, print, etc.) will not change.
The work I like has already sold - can I ask the artist to customize a similar work?
Some of our artists work on commission; if the work you like has already sold, you can contact us and we will contact the artist to create a custom work for you.
Are all SIGURAI works available for purchase and collection?
Not necessarily, because sometimes the work has already sold! If the work has sold, it will be noted on the work page. If you can't find another work you like, feel free to contact us, as we can recommend other works by artists who are not yet online, or contact the right artist to create a custom work for you.
Services provided by SIGURAI
Are all works available for framing?
Of course. Sometimes the artist has already matched the work with a suitable frame. If the work you like is not yet framed, you can contact us and we will make sure to find the right frame for you.
Who pays for the frame?
- When the work is already framed, the frame is part of the work and is included in the quotation.
- When the work is not framed, SIGURAI will recommend a framing service and the cost will be settled together with the work. We will try to ensure that the frame is within your budget.
Does SIGURAI provide consultation and advice?
- Of course! It is our duty to introduce the works of great artists to collectors.
- Sometimes you may need to browse many works to find the most suitable one, but we can help you save time!
- We can provide you with a personalized selection of about twenty works. You can contact us at jinlinghui_1007@msn.com and we will contact you within 48 hours.
Do I need to pay for the art consultation?
It is completely free - our first priority is to introduce art to our collectors.
I want to give art or design furniture as a gift but I don’t know how to choose. What should I do?
- Giving art or home design as a gift is a great idea! But we understand that choosing a gift can be hard, even for someone you know well.
- If you want to give a unique gift, SIGURAI has two suggestions for you: First, we need to understand the personality of the gift recipient, what style they might like, what works would fit in her/his home, and then we will choose the right works within your budget.
- Another suggestion is to give them a gift card in an amount of your choice. We will provide each gift card holder with a one-on-one service for one hour to help them find the works they want.
Buying SIGURAI Artwork
How do I know if SIGURAI has the works of the artist I want?
- If you want to see the works of a certain artist, you can search by name on our Artists page.
- If there are no relevant results, please leave your message and we will try to contact all artists that our collectors are interested in. If the artist joins SIGURAI, we will notify you immediately.
How do I check the size of a work?
The dimensions of the work are shown on the work page. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us - we can send you photos of the work to help you get a better idea of the work.
Does the picture match the real thing?
- The picture is an accurate representation of the work, but it is not contractually binding. We can send you additional pictures on request.
- We are really sorry if the work you ordered is not as expected. You can return it within 30 days of delivery without giving any questions.
- You are welcome to check out our customer feedback. We often hear that the real thing is much better than the photo!
How do I buy a work of art at SIGURAI?
When you purchase a work of art, click on the "Click to buy" button on the work page and you will be directed to your shopping cart. Click "Continue" and we will ask you to provide the information to arrange delivery. You can then choose your payment method (bank card, PayPal, or contact us for bank transfer). Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from the system. Our team will also confirm receipt of your order.
What payment methods are available?
All credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc.), Paypal and bank transfer.
Can I pay in installments?

What happens after payment is confirmed?
Once payment is accepted, the work is reserved for you! We will contact you immediately with a suitable shipping time (packaging, arranging import and export documents and shipping will take about 3-4 weeks) and arrange the subsequent logistics for you.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at checkout when you confirm your purchase. This is the time it takes for your payment to be authorized and processed by our payment gateway. Please note that if you use a debit card, the payment may be deducted from your account balance immediately.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. You can cancel your order by sending an email before the work is shipped. After the work is shipped, you can cancel your order within 365 days of receiving the work. After the work is shipped, we will process a refund for you when we confirm that the work is returned to the artist intact.

Shipping and Delivery
Where does SIGURAI deliver?
As an international company, we are proud to deliver worldwide.
How soon does SIGURAI deliver?
- Orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days of purchase.
- For custom works, production time is added to the usual shipping time.
- Shipping time depends on the country of shipment, the destination of the product, and whether it is framed or stretched.
How do I track my order?
- You can follow the progress of your order using the tracking link, which you will receive by email within 2-3 days (on average) after purchase.
- Once the tracking information is available, you can also find the tracking link on the My Orders page.
- As we use third-party providers, the service may vary slightly from order to order. Some carriers may allow you to choose a delivery time, but SIGURAI cannot guarantee delivery at that time.
Please note that the tracking information for your order will be sent to you by the third-party carrier.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is included in the price of the artwork
Please note that our prices include:
- Insurance. Your order is 100% protected against damage and loss.
- All customs clearance fees, taxes and document preparation.
- Shipping costs of third-party logistics providers.
A dedicated SIGURAI Customer Service Center expert will help you with any issues during shipping.
You can choose to have White-Glove shipped by professional artists. In this case, additional costs will be incurred.
Taxes and customs clearance
All taxes and customs fees are included in the price of the artwork.
In rare cases, the shipping company will ask you to pay for customs entry. In this case, please pay it upfront and send the receipt/bank statement to the call center specialist. This way you don't have to wait for the delivery and we will refund you the full amount.
Delivery service type
There are 3 delivery options available:
- Professional home delivery
Your order will be delivered to your building or door by a trusted shipping company (DHL, FedEx, UPS). All products are carefully packaged by the artist according to SIGURAI guidelines. - White Glove Shipping
A professional artist will take care of the delivery. You choose the delivery date and time, and the item will be delivered to the room of your choice. The person in charge will unpack and clean the outer packaging. - White Glove Shipping and Installation
This option includes everything in Premium Shipping, plus an art handler to set up the item or hang the painting.
Where is my order?
- As we use a third-party shipping service, we recommend that you use the tracking link, which you will receive by email within 2-3 days (on average) after purchase.
- You can check the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link on the My Orders page.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
- If your order is incorrect, please contact our personal customer center experts or send us an email at jinlinghui_1007@msn.com.
- Take photos of the outer packaging (preferably in its original state) and the damaged parts of the product. The more photos you have, the better we can help you.
- Your order is 100% insured. If there is a problem with your order, you can apply for a full refund, or you can ask for a repair or exchange. In the latter case, we will repair or replace the item at no additional charge.
- If you request a refund, all return costs will be borne by SIGURAI.
If the item you received does not meet your expectations or you simply changed your mind, you can apply for a return within 30 days after signing for it. You can also request an exchange or refund.

- Sorry, our artworks are all one-of-a-kind and do not support returns, exchanges, and refunds after shipment.
- Non-artwork, if you receive damaged goods, you can request repair, exchange or refund within 30 days after signing for it.
- SIGURAI bears all return costs.
What if I change my mind?

Even if you want to return the product, we still want to provide you with the best service.
What does 30-day return mean? Return the goods to your company within 30 days after receipt? Or apply for a return within 30 days?
You only need to apply for a return within 30 days after receipt. Once the application is accepted, you can return the product with confidence.
How to return?
After the application is accepted, our customer service center experts will teach you how to return the product.
You will receive return shipping documents and detailed instructions.
If needed, we can find a restorer, contact the artist, and plan return shipping for you. We want to make the process as easy as possible for you.
Free returns?
- We cover the cost of returns, so it's 100% free.
- This includes repackaging, sorting, shipping, customs clearance, etc.
What is the refund?
You will receive a full refund, including the price of the product itself and the logistics fee.
Can custom products be returned?
- No, custom products are not returnable. Custom products include commissioned artworks, custom designed furniture, and custom designed furniture.
- However, when the commissioned work is completed and waiting to be shipped, you will need to take a final confirmation of the photos of the custom work. Before shipping, you can still cancel the order and get a full refund.
- The order will be shipped after confirmation, and it cannot be returned or refunded after shipping.
